InQuizzy Kids Online Tutoring Terms and Conditions
Welcome to InQuizzy Kids! Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before
enrolling your child in our online tutoring services.
- Introduction
1.1 InQuizzy Kids provides online tutoring services via WhatsApp video and Google Meet for students
in Grades 1-6.
1.2 These terms and conditions govern the relationship between InQuizzy Kids and the client (parent
or guardian). - Enrollment Process
2.1 Parents or guardians must complete an enrollment form with accurate and up-to-date
information.
2.2 Enrollment is subject to confirmation and availability of tutors. - Scheduling and Sessions
3.1 Tutoring sessions will be scheduled in advance at mutually agreed times.
3.2 Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so
may result in the session being counted as completed.
3.3 InQuizzy Kids reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.
3.4 If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session due to sickness or an emergency, the client
must notify InQuizzy Kids as soon as possible.
3.5 Rescheduling is subject to the following limits:
3.6 Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same month of the original session date, this
also depends on the availability of the tutor. - Fees and Payments and Refunds
4.1 All fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed schedule.
For packages of 2 or 4 lessons, rescheduling is allowed only once.
For packages of 8 lessons, rescheduling is allowed twice.
4.2 Payments are non-refundable except in cases where InQuizzy Kids cannot provide the services.
4.3 Late payments may result in the suspension of tutoring services until payment is received.
4.4 InQuizzy Kids offers various tutoring packages, and the fees for these packages may change
periodically. Clients will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance. - 4.5 Clients who have prepaid for a package will not be affected by fee changes for the duration of their prepaid term.
- Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the tutor’s instructions.
5.2 Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated early. Repeated issues may lead to
discontinuation of services without a refund.
5.3 Parents or guardians should ensure the student is prepared and has all necessary materials for
each session. - Online Tutoring Environment
6.1 Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet
connection and proper setup.
6.2 InQuizzy Kids is not liable for technical difficulties arising from the client’s equipment or internet
connection. - Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 InQuizzy Kids is committed to protecting the privacy of clients and students. Personal information
collected during registration and tutoring will be used solely for providing our services. - Limitation of Liability
8.1 While InQuizzy Kids strives to provide the highest quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific
academic results.
8.2 InQuizzy Kids is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of
our services. - Intellectual Property
9.1 All materials provided during the course of tutoring, including worksheets and lesson plans, are
the property of InQuizzy Kids.
9.2 Clients are not permitted to reproduce or distribute these materials without permission. - Termination of Services
10.1 InQuizzy Kids reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of misconduct or
non-payment. - Cancellation Policy
11.1 If a student wishes to cancel their tutoring services, notice must be provided at least one week in
advance.
11.2 If the cancellation notice is less than one week in advance, the client will be charged for the
sessions scheduled within that week.
11.3 Prepaid fees for any unused sessions beyond the notice period will be refunded, minus a 10%
administrative fee.
11.4 InQuizzy Kids reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such
cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund for the canceled session. - Fee Changes
12.1 InQuizzy Kids may change the fees for its tutoring packages periodically.
12.2 Clients will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance.
12.3 Fee changes will not affect clients who have prepaid for a package during their prepaid term. - Contact Information
